Integrity
A set of rules and guidelines are provided to staff members to follow to protect them from any possible influence by external agencies. They are instructed to strictly go by this code of conduct in discharging their duties without fear and favor, in order to ensure total integrity at the work place.

Impartiality
Protection of customer’s confidentiality in the activities of Organization,Maintaining, impartiality and integrity to be ensured. It is ensured that I have no involvement in any activities that would diminish the competency, impartiality & judgment or Operational integrity of the organisation

Any such pressure raised from out side to the activities should be reported to the manager or they are involved, to compliance manager ,director to eliminate or minimize such risk

Confidentiality
The all personnel has signed a non disclosure document as part of confidentiality. Member treats all information received in the course of provision of service as confidential to the extent that such information is not already published, generally available to third parties or otherwise in the public domain. All personnel are trained and maintained in professional secreracy in respect to information acquried in the in the course of their duties and follow the rules and regulation of code of conduct in their duties in order to ensure total integrety of the work place and is protected from any possible influence by external agency. Organisation has permanent staff and their remuneration is not linked to the number of inspections or test carried by them.Personnel are not allowed to contact directly or indirectly with client unless technical clarificationsare sought by the client

Management Fidelity
Our Work shall be carried out in a professional, Independent and impartial manner in all our activities.
We commit to carrying out our work honestly and shall not tolerate any deviation from the approved methods and procedures. Data, test results and other material facts shall be reported in good faith and shall not be improperly changed. We shall only issue reports and certificates that correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions or results obtained.
Employees assure to the management of organisation that they will not disclose any technical results, method of analysis or any relevant, confidential information to any client / customers, unauthorised persons & commercial data, without prior permission of the Management.

Health & Safety
Maintenance of Health and environment of personnel’s towards safety, handling in the field inspection as well as testing related jobs.

Fair Labour

  • The compliance member commits and maintains a policy on fair labour
  • Compliance with at least with minimum wage legislation and other applicable wage and working time laws as followed state and central wage rule government of India
  • Organisation has no child labour and is strictly prohibited the use of child labour.
  • Forced labour should be prohibited.
  • All employees are entitled as per designation and grade for opportunities in the workplace
  • Zero tolerance of abuse, bullying or harassment in the workplace.

Anti-bribery

The all members of organisation ensures that the principles and rules of programme to meet the requirements of code and laws to countering bribery in all the jurisdictions. We categorically prohibit the offer or acceptance of a bribe in any form whether direct or indirect including kickbacks on any portion of a contract payment and the use of any roots or channels for provision of improper benefits to or receipt of improper benefit from customers, agents, contractors, suppliers or employees of any such party, or government officer.

The organisation develops and implements an anti- bribery programme which must focus on effectively countering the risk of bribery as an expression of broader ethical values and corporate responsibility. This programme helps to mitigate the risk and strengthens reputation and builds the respect of employee. It raises credibility with stakeholders and supports management commitment to honest and responsible behaviour.

The organisation conducts anti-bribery programme in which code of conduct, detailed policies and procedures, risk management and internal & external communication, training & guidance, internal control, oversight, monitoring and assurance.
