TCRC, despite of being professional and successful firm doesn’t ignore its employees. We always focus on employee’s retention and maintaining hygiene with higher standards of company culture.
Our HR team always tries to keep employees engaged with various activities in parallel to official task. Few of the activities planned and executed successfully are:

TCRC Picnic

We plan a company trip every year in the first week of January. This gives employees a fresh feeling to kick start a year. Trip helps employees to understand each other. It gives a great team spirit to play in various games and activities planned by HR. Team work, being disciplined, commitment for the task; flexibility and fun are the important elements to be executed. Hence the activities are planned accordingly.

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

TCRC welcomes Lord Ganesha every year on the auspicious occasion of Ganesha Chaturthi which falls usually in the month of august. We take care to celebrate an eco friendly festival by using clay idol as well as reusable decoration. It is celebrated for 10 days in office. Prayers, offering and games are being organized for celebrating the festival.

Navratri Celebration

TCRC also celebrates regional festivals and Navratri is one of them. We know garbha is one of the favorite navratri dance form. One of the evenings is organized with the garbha celebrations and enjoyed with great fun.

Competitive Events

TCRC also organizes various competitive activities to keep company environment healthy and fresh. HR team always tries to keep employees in serenity and cheerful. We give chance to everyone to show their talents. Every competition not only teaches some skills to an employees but also helps to explore what is unknown to them.
